Description
Stainless Steel Cladding Sheets
Stainless steel cladding sheets offer strength, durability, and excellent corrosion resistance when you select the correct grade. They contain chromium, which forms a protective passive layer on the surface. As a result, stainless steel suits demanding industrial and commercial environments.
These sheets are widely used for food processing equipment, commercial kitchens, pharmaceutical facilities, industrial machinery, wall protection, lift interiors, and architectural finishes. In addition, selected grades perform well in humid environments and areas that require frequent cleaning.

Common stainless steel cladding sheets grades
Grade 201: This grade can provide an economical option for selected indoor and decorative applications. However, its corrosion resistance generally falls below that of grade 304, especially in demanding environments.
Grade 304: Grade 304 is a widely used stainless steel for general fabrication, food equipment, kitchen surfaces, and architectural cladding. It offers good corrosion resistance in many ordinary environments.
Grade 316: Grade 316 contains molybdenum, which improves resistance to chloride related corrosion. Therefore, it is often preferred for more corrosive environments, including certain chemical processing and coastal applications.
Selecting a grade depends on exposure conditions, cleaning chemicals, temperature, and maintenance requirements.
Stainless steel cladding sheets surface finishes
2B finish: A smooth, relatively reflective mill finish used for general fabrication and industrial applications.
Brushed finish: A directional grain that provides a modern architectural appearance.
No. 4 finish: A commonly specified brushed finish for kitchen equipment and decorative applications.
Mirror finish: A highly reflective surface used for selected decorative panels and architectural features.
BA finish: A bright annealed finish with a smooth, reflective appearance.
